To alleviate local parking demand, and based on a recommendation by a city councilor, the project was implemented in collaboration with the National Property Administration, Ministry of Finance, utilizing municipally owned land, state-owned land located at Lane 89, Wuncing Street, Fongshan District, as well as land within the Phase 86 Land Readjustment Area. The Yishe Fongshan Wuncing Parking Lot has thus been established, providing 32 parking spaces for small passenger vehicles.
In response to local parking demand, and based on a recommendation by a city councilor, space beneath the MRT viaduct at the intersection of Jiachang Road and Jinfu Street in Nanzih District, under the jurisdiction of the Public Works Bureau, has been leased and developed as the “Chenyuan Jinfu Parking Lot,” with integrated solar photovoltaic facilities. The project provides an additional 98 parking spaces for small passenger vehicles and 61 motorcycle parking spaces, thereby enhancing local parking capacity.
To enhance parking supply in the vicinity of the Chengcing Lake Scenic Area, a major sightseeing and recreational destination, an area located on the west side of the main entrance—currently serving as a boundary between the interior and exterior of the park—has been planned and developed for use as a public motorcycle parking lot. A total of 540 motorcycle parking spaces are provided, effectively alleviating parking demand for visitors to the scenic area.
To increase parking supply in the vicinity of the Chengcing Lake Scenic Area, a major sightseeing and recreational destination, a vacant site adjacent to the rear entrance of the scenic area has been planned and developed for use as a public motorcycle parking lot. A total of 174 motorcycle parking spaces are provided, effectively alleviating parking demand for visitors to the scenic area.
The “Traffic Signal Academy” courses were organized and attracted participants from a wide range of professions and backgrounds, enhancing public understanding of and compliance with traffic signals. The sessions were conducted in a lively atmosphere and received an enthusiastic response from attendees.
