To provide a comfortable waiting environment for passengers, 35 bus shelters were completed in 2025, bringing the citywide total to 1,050 bus shelters to date. Within the year, the City Government plans to apply for subsidies under the Public Transportation Program of the Highway Administration to construct an additional 45 bus shelters, 150 centralized bus stop signs, and 30 bus stop benches. In consideration of locations where certain bus shelters are unable to apply for electricity supply due to constraints arising from Taiwan Power Company construction works, plans have also been made to install 30 solar-powered lighting bus shelter facilities, thereby ensuring a convenient and safe waiting environment for the public.
