Because the air quality is poor in winter, we encourage the public to take public transportation and reduce air pollution caused by the use of private transportation. Kaohsiung City Government implemented e-voucher free passage on public transportation facilities from December 1, 2017 to February 28, 2018. Free transportation includes the MRT (06:30~08:30 and 16:30~18:30 on weekdays), the light rail, city buses, and highway buses.
