Giant Traffic Lights for Pedestrians
In response to the need of the aging society, traffic lights for pedestrians need to be more easily identifiable. After reviewing the situation, giant traffic lights for pedestrians are to be placed at crossroads near hospitals, shopping areas, and places frequented by seniors. Works have been completed at 22 crossroads including Zhongshan/Sanduo Roads.
