To alleviate traffic congestion around the intersection of Renshou South Road and Guosyuan Road in Gangshan District, particularly caused by vehicles visiting the nearby Sinsin Market, the city government collaborated with the Political Warfare Bureau to outsource and lease the land to a private entity for development. The area has since been converted into the Chenyuan Guosyuan Parking Lot, which provides 82 parking spaces for small vehicles, thereby improving the surrounding parking environment.
