After the retiming of traffic lights in Minzu Rd., Zihyou Rd., Dajhong Rd., Dashun Rd., Jiouru Rd., Cijin Rd., and Gangshan Rd. was completed in 2016, the average travel speed went up by 12.1%, the average space headway increased by 16.5%, and the average delay time went down by 15.5%.
