On the New Year’s Eve of 2017, the Light Rail Lines joined in the public transportation system’s extended operation for the count-down event for the first time. It ran till 01:30 of the next day, and its passenger count reached 21,092, breaking its record since opening and helping to dissipate the crowd in an effective fashion.
