The Transportation Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government promoted the shuttle taxi service to remote areas to implement the idea of taking care of senior residents. On April 15, the shuttle service was first provided to Jhongliao Vil., Cishan District. On May 27, the shuttle service was then provided to Yuemei Vil. and Yuemei Vil., Shanlin Distrist where there was no bus service in more than 50 years. The service will be continuously provided to remote areas, with the pledge of building the model city of happy shuttle taxi service.
