To provide parking for scooters near the MRT R18 Oil Refinery Elementary School Station exit 1, we asked the CPC Corporation to provide the set back land on the north side of Houchang Rd. (from Zuonan Rd. to Houchang Rd. Lane 546) for development of a parking area that accommodates 58 scooters. This will alleviate scooter and bicycle parking needs.
