The corner at the intersection of Caoya 2nd Rd. and Jhongping Rd. in Mingyi Vil., Cianjhen District is a land for road use, and it is used as roadside green belt currently. In order to increase local parking spaces supply and improve traffic environment, the Division built the place as a Public Parking Lot.
