The Center completed left-turn arrow lights pilot plan at Dachang Rd. / Jyuemin Rd. intersection (leading phase) and Jianguo Rd. / Heping Rd. intersection (lagging phase). The plan increased the efficiency of lead-lag left turn phase sequence.
