The Kaohsiung Rapid Transit Corporation organized the 2017 Kaohsiung High School Music Festival during the April 29 – 30, 2017 at the MRT Ciaotou Sugar Refinery Station. Sugar refinery store operators were invited to market their products together. The objective was to increase traffic volume and business opportunities for the once popular Ciaotou Sugar Refinery Station.
