To address the shortage of parking spaces in Zuoying District, the Transportation Bureau secured the use of an idle parcel of land owned by the Education Bureau on Wenshou Road and developed it into an off-street parking lot. The facility provides 137 parking spaces for passenger cars, helping accommodate parking demand in the surrounding area.
